Prototype and small series

We carry out in-house the construction of soft-tooling needed for the creation of prototypes and the production of small series up to a maximum of 1,000 pieces/year.

Resin or aluminum molds are made from materials determined according to the quantities and precision required, and are built using computerized numerical control machine. Prototypes, once printed, are trimmed with nibbling machines or 3D laser and completed manually by skilled operators.
